Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Collabsy collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the marketplace.

1. Data we collect

Account data such as your name, email, role, country, and password (stored hashed). Profile data you choose to add, such as bio, social handles, follower counts, portfolio, and packages. Usage data such as pages viewed, messages sent, and orders placed. Payment data for subscriptions is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use your data

To create and operate your account, power discovery and matching, enable messaging and orders, process subscriptions, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and improve the platform. We also send service notifications you can manage in your settings.

3. Legal bases

We process data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform, and with your consent where required (for example, non-essential cookies).

4. Sharing your data

We share data with service providers that help us run Collabsy (for example, Supabase for hosting and database, Stripe for payments, and email providers). Your public profile is visible to other users by design. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as your language, and limited analytics to understand usage. See our Cookie Policy for details.

6. Storage and security

Data is stored with our hosting provider and protected with access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorised access.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can edit most data in your settings or delete your account directly; for other requests, contact us.

8. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data, except where retention is legally required.

9. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where it is, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection.

10. Children

Collabsy is not intended for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email privacy@collabsy.tn.
